We want you to understand how returns work before you order. This policy explains the difference between a change-of-mind return and a return for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Change-of-mind returns (Remorse)
If you decide not to keep an item, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All parts, pieces, and included materials should be present.
- You must contact us first to request a return authorization.

Please include your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the return authorization. Do not send an item back before receiving these instructions.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we do not charge return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Photos if possible.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. The unused and original-packaging condition may not apply in the same way when the item itself is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If a return does not meet the conditions above, we may not be able to approve it. If that happens, we will contact you with the reason.
